This recipe compliments of my wonderful mother-in-law
Trim fat, then roll it in flour until well covered. Brown in hot oil, salt and pepper to taste. Slice onion on top then add enough water to almost cover the meat. Then sprinkle 5 or 6 Tablespoons of flour into mixture. Stir until dessolved. Let simmer for about 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender and the gravy thickens. The onion should almost disappear.
This recipe comes from my friend Starr
Cut up chicken into small bite size pieces and cook in pan with oil. Add soups, vegetables and water in to pan and mix well. Bring to a boil and add rice. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes. Add jar of cheez whiz and enjoy. You can also add pepper to taste.
